Was speaking to BT this afternoon and was advised that due to customer requests, they are bringing their call centres back to the UK, hopefully by June:T
Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:

Well they have apparently had that (partial) policy for some time, though reportedly for the WRONG REASONS:
"BT insisted that its move had nothing to do with the quality of service offered in India.
"A BT spokesman said: “This is not about customer service, as the service in our operations around the globe is of very similar standards. It is about the effective deployment of our resources.
