RIPATA - try not to get too disheartened. I find that I win once for every 250 comps I enter . Most of my wins have been pretty small, but last year I did win a £2K bathroom.
I go through stages of not winning anything at all, then I win 2 or 3 things in a week.
I enter the comps for fun and hopefully win something nice. If you're not enjoying it then maybe have a break for a while, then come back to it and see how you do.
Good luck either way :AMortgage: Was: £154,495 Oct 2039 Now: £75,931.38 Mar 2037Swagbucks ~ £100 (2025 ~ £240)Surveys~ £136.81 (2025 ~ £238.94)Make £2026 in 2026 #18 ~ £537.42 ~ (2025 ~ £2,368.64)0 -
As Quirkafleeg said - try to keep a day or two ahead - I also skim through the next week to spot any I'd really like to win then go back and do the rest in order I'd like the prizes - I'm finding more and more are finishing before their published end date - surely thats against their own T&Cs
If you stop enjoying the daydreaming have a break - I had about 6/9 months off and just back this last month or so and had about 4 small wins so far (Tshirts / DVDs / football) eventually they will start trickling and definitely do the "effort" ones - a lot of compers are lazy (or don't have time) and just do the enter email / quick question ones.
Good luckHappy with any wins this year :A0 -
I try to keep a few days ahead so if I can't manage to do comps for a few days it doesn't matter. I didn't win anything too major in 2009 but look at what I have won so far this year and it's only March, You have to be in it to win it but that said you have to enjoy it rather than finding it a chore otherwise you will focus on what you don't win rather than what you do.1. Cash
2. Holiday 3. Shoes 4. Car (well dream big!!!!!)
5. TV 6. I PAD 7. Kindle 8. Wii/X box kinect
9. Smeg fridge/freezer 10. Jewellery
11. Make up

comping is ment to be a joy , a hobbie , not a chore.
if its starting to feel no fun , then maybe take a break and come back to it.

I so love comping - it's changed my life - done so many things that I wouldn't ever, ever have done -film premieres, cake baking, spa day, nude art class (now that was interesting - women are so much easier to draw!) to mention but a few!
Best ever win was time in a music studio for my hubby - he's only reforming his old band and I've never seen him so happy!
Go for prizes you really want to win! Wishing you loadsa luck xxx

I enter comps as a hobby and to keep my mind active. I enjoy doing them but, yes, I sometimes get down if I don't win anything for a while.
If you enjoy it don't give it up but if you are only entering on a monthly basis I would think that would be a bit of a drag.
I tend to enter some during the days that they are posted and the dailies and then go through the ones ending a few days ahead of the time they finish. If I get behind I enter as many as I can before I start to get fed up of them and then I stop.
Good luckIf at first you don't succeed try, try, try again.

For me I don't expect to win so if I do it's a lovely surprise. I go on every day while I have my lunch and only go through the new comps. posted. As I live in N.Ireland a lot of the comps. are for tickets in England so I don't enter them. Only enter the ones you would like to win (or can sell on Ebay) that should reduce the amount.
Enjoy the experience - if you don't then stop.
Be grateful for anything you do win.[FONT="]
