Looks like they're ignoring my LBA as well...mobilejunkie wrote: »Do computers GET bird flu? Must have caught it from the poor staff when they were unable to answer calls and emails because of it. Not their fault - these things could happen to any company (but don't!).0 -
Well, you know what you can do about that if/when you choose to. Ultimately it will cost them more money once proceedings have been commenced, though they are used to dragging things out and trying to bully people into submission (just as they treat basic customer service as totally unimportant unless the really determined victims appear in public on this site, of course!).0

Mobiles.co.uk have really annoyed me this week (that was the polite 'edited' version!) As you can see from posts above I'd been in contact to get my other cashback sorted, well, they'd emailed to say it's on it's way but I have to wait (up to) 28 days for the second cheque.mobilejunkie wrote: »Well, you know what you can do about that if/when you choose to. I submitted for 2 accounts correctly, on time and both were processed and paid - if I had made a mistake or was too late they would not pay out - they didn't acknowledge for 21 days and then make me wait for (up to) 28 days.
But the thing that really gets to me is that I emailed them with a letter before action. They haven't acknowledged it no responded to it and the 7 days are up - forcing Court action seems so petty for such a minor amount considering they can state they have sent the cheque out.
Just needed to whinge as I am seething through their inept customer services.0 -
