SUPERDRUG FACE MASK - anyone manage to get one?

Mine didn't have any either but they were happy to let me take another one instead - although she did go and check that it would be ok xx

I managed to get mine ok, but they had problems with scanning the barcode and had to type it in by hand, but other than that I got mine fine.

Got mine today in Peterborough with no problems at all. They had loads in stock. Hope that helps.

my printer has no ink and then when i saw it is only 79p - i thought forget about it. i would rather it come in the post then print a voucher and then traips to superdrugs. given that there were about 15000 (i think) 'winners' they may as well have printed it in their dare magazine, we cut it out etc. it did really feel like a 'prize'
anyway i wonder why it was only that particular mask they wanted to 'give away'

let us know how any of you get on with the mask when using it??

I'm so annoyed! I went into 2 Superdrugs & they didn't have the right one. I asked in both shops if I could have a different one and both assistants were quite arsey about it! I'm getting on to the head office! :mad:

Result! Phoned head office and got a goody bag in the post today! :j Quite a lot of stuff, including 3 face packs!

considering the mask was 70p that is a result lol

I had a little problem with dim staff...but on principle I never walk away when I'm right, and any embarrassment is left at their door, my grandma taught me that when i was a kid...no need to be intimidated or feel bad if you're in the right and polite.

I got mine ok in Salisbury but the staff had no clue about the promotion. Similar to the Thornton's scenario where shop staff just aren't being told about competition vouchers. No wonder they're grouchy.

Anyone used theirs yet? It's so much fun! DH thought I looked like a zombie with half my face hanging off!
