SUPERDRUG FACE MASK - anyone manage to get one?

I managed to get mine with a black and white printed voucher today, they had a couple left on the shelf and they had no clue about the offer. The kind SA scanned the voucher and it did not take any money off? They kindly over-rode it for me though

Aww that's a shame. I took mine in this morning and although they didn't have the right one they offered me a Strawberry one instead which I accepted. Hope everyone manages to get theirs.

I got mine without any problems. Maybe you should send an e mail to Superdrug customer services and they might give you something else.

sorry to hear that Lockie. I had no problems either but I went into a big one (Argyle St, Glasgow) where there was plenty in stock. The lady had obviously never seen the vouchers or been notified about them though so I wonder if Superdrug are very good at feeding information about vouchers to the shop staff? I would definitely email Superdrug Lockie, I'm sure they'll be helpful. Hope you get it sorted

I don't use vouchers that I have to print after tryng to use one for a KitKat in Tesco. The assistants created such a fuss and told me and the whole queue behind me that internet coupons could be forged. Felt like a criminal - and still didn't get a KitKat!

Me to my suerdrug had none and would let me have another, so ive emailed superdrug lets see :-0

mine didn't sell that one but i took a smoothie one to the counter and explained why and she said she didn't know if i could do that but "if it scans ok then it's ok by me" and it did.

They didn't have the right one in my Superdrug the others were two difference prices asked how much my voucher was worth it was 79p so they let me have the strawberry one.

I got mine no problem today - although the sales assistant did no know what to do with the coupon!!
