Vodaphone or should i say shocking serive.

I recently took out the iphone as an additional phone on my contract and boy wish i never bothered - Never had such a bad service in my life.
Ive sent the following off to vodaphone as i have had no luck on the phone.
Anyone else had issues????? Would love to hear
I would like to make a formal complaint and express my dissatisfaction regarding the level and lack of customer service I have received from Vodaphone in the past few weeks.
Back in February I called Vodaphone and expressed and interest in the Iphone. However this is where all the problems start. I spoke to a gentleman and advised him I would only want to take the Iphone out if I could downgrade the price plan. The gentleman I spoke to advised that yes this would be fine to do and once I receive the Iphone to give them a call and they would happily change the price plan
So the Iphone came and I set it up. I then called Vopdaphone and spoke to a lady and advised her what I was informed, she then came back to me and said it was not possible to downgrade as it was still inside 9 months. I explained to her that I only took the Iphone out because I WAS TOLD that I could downgrade I f I was told the correct information when I first made the phone call I wouldn’t of took the Iphone out. She apologised and said I was informed incorrectly.
Now the problems don’t stop here. I then said I wanted to send the iphone back based on incorrect information being given. So it was agreed that a bag would be sent to me and the contract was cancelled there and then. So I sent the the phone back and though that would be the end of it. However I went to my bank on 7th March and discovered that vopdaphone had debited £105.00 out of my account, bearing in mind NO BILL had bee sent.
So on Sunday I made yet another call to vodaphone to find out what you were playing at. Only to be told that you had debited my account for the Iphone – This is bang out of order. I spoke to a lady called Nora who said that she would authorise a £50 refund for the Iphone and would also get a manager to call within 48 hours but guess what no one bothered to call me. So yet again it was down to me to chase again and this time I filled out the only email form off you website asking for a call.
I have had a call from Chris in you customer service department and explained to him the situation and I still don’t feel my complaint has been auctioned.
He also advised me that the refund didn’t get authorised until Tuesday so yet again I was told the wrong information.
