Had my Argos reward card now since July. I recieved one lot of vouchers in October, but had none since.
Spent at least £3000 since then, so owed a few quid !!
I have called Customer Service twice now , to be told that they had technical problems for the January vouchers, but should come through for April..............................still waiting !!!
As like the people above, I will persist until I receive my vouchers , they shouldnt be allowed to get away with deceiving customers like this, who took the card out in good faith, and have religiously spent as much as they could on it, in order to get the rewards, for their continued loyalty.
I will try C.S again on Monday and let you al know how I get on.

Probably wasting your time, but say you want confirmation that you're on the spreadsheet that got sent to the company that handles the rewards.
  • i applied for this card just for the sake of money back rewards, been doing timely payments had no problem using the card or getting rewards, but recently the rewards stopped coming, calling customer services is of no use, the only answer i used to get was there was a system error the reward voucher is on its way but never got one. Also called up Mastercard direct but no use. AVOID ARGOS MASTERCARD.

It's arrived! My card arrived recorded today! However, I also received someone elses 2 days ago and in with todays letter was a note saying sorry and that they'd been cancelled!

Now do I keep the card or bin them??? Need to see what other reward schemes are available...

I also received mine yesterday, along with the wrong one last Friday, though only picked up yesterday, as it was addresses to the wrong person.

However, I am assumming that this was only for my January rewards, as I am sure I am due more than they paid me. Looks like I will have to phone up again.

April ones may follow. It's not the end of the month yet.

I wondered who was sending me a "recorded delivery" letter - got to pick it up tomorrow. Must be mine.....

OK here we go. Anyone had their April vouchers yet?

Has anyone tried to use the January ones? Do they need activating? Coz they look different to the October ones.

My April voucher just arrived...different to the last one though.

This one says it needs activating and is only valid for 3 months...compared to the last one which seemed to be a standard argos voucher card with no expiry...

My voucher also arrived today and was like the one I received last October November, which I assume is the standard typoe of card they send out, rather than the Gift Card they sent out as a result of their screw ups with teh accounts.

Received mine today too. Better late than never.......not sure whether to keep this card for future purchases, but looking at the alternatives ,there isnt much about at the moment, unless you want to go down the Amex route ??
If only they would up the credit limit of £1000. I have to keep a constant eye on my balance, which is a pain, even with a direct debit to pay off the balance each month so not to incur any interest charges, it would all be wiped out if I was charged for going over my limit if making a large purchase.
