I sent a couple of emails to T-mobile customer services and they have called me on my mobile. I've never had a problem.

I was having a wee rantlol
One example: After being transferred to two people .. I was then put through to the upgrades dept on hold for 15 mins..
He says who he is and what dept.. I say Hello I have two queries please firstly I would like to check my account is in order... He then starts to talk over me and says I was through to the wrong dept then transfers me.. without letting me finish speaking!
I do think there are some very lovely people on there, but I always seem to speak to 1 or 2 dodgy ones before I get my problem sorted.

From memory of when I worked in a Tmobile call centre, the upgrades and retentions team will only ever deal with those questions, and nothing else. If you were on hold for 15 minutes I'd guess they were pretty busy the day you phoned0

Yes they were busy the 2nd time was a whopping 22 minutes :eek:
I wanted to check my account was in order as I had sent back a phone I upgraded to, so wanted to make sure before I ordered another phone.. He didnt let me finish lol0 -
