Virgin/NTL/Telewest Launch First Quad Play

ntl:/Telewest/Virgin announced that it is launching the UK's first 'quadplay' package of TV, broadband, fixed line and mobile phone services. It said both the free TV and quadplay offers will be launched this quarter.
