    A bit hotch potch this wek but here goes.....

    Sunday - tea at mum's......roast pork etc.
    Monday - Quiche, J.pot, salad
    Tues - Chicken pie & veg
    Wed - out at the local agricultural show dinner.
    Thurs - Chilli chicken 1 pot (BBC good food)
    Fri - out for dad's b-day.

    Monday Kippers, Sourdough toast and garlic mushrooms. Chocolate cake
    Tuesday British rose veal meatballs and sLinguine with a tomato sauce.
    Wednesday Lamb chops, Rosemary and garlic potatoes and greens
    Thursday Jacket potatoes with tuna mayo and sweetcorn
    Friday. Something with chicken legs to be decided?
    Saturday and sunday are play be ear as renovating house so normally something quick and easy? But we shall see.

    Got parents evenings all week and then college so needs to be easy teas that OH can help with (or do!)

    So...

    Monday - Spag bol & garlic bread
    Tuesday - Mango Hot Dogs & Rosti
    Weds - Fajitas
    Thurs - Pasta Bake or Corned beef hash depending on OH
    Fri - HM KFC (bap, chicken in breadcrumbs & spices, rosti, salad, salsa)
    Saturday - Lunch: Noodles ... Tea: Chinese Chicken & rice
    Sunday - Lunch: soup & HM bread Tea: not too sure yet!

    hey all
    can't believe how quick the weeks are flying by its scary so for another week this is what we are having

    monday
    l- bubble and squeak
    d- bouston b+s and chips

    tuesday
    l- cheese sandwich
    d- chicken chassuer, boiled pots and cabbage

    wednesday
    l- soup - carrot and coriander/minestrone
    d- steak pies, horseradish mash, green beans and gravy

    thursday
    l- egg sandwich
    d- chilli con carne and rice

    friday
    l- cheese on toast
    d- fish, chips and peas

    saturday
    l- soup - carrot and coriander/minestrone
    d- burgers,lattice potatoes and corn on the cob

    sunday
    l- roast and pudding
    d- savoury scones

    breakfast is always cereal, had to plan lunches this week as hubby is on 2 weeks holiday so need to know what i'm doing and for when.

    Late posting this week as I've been in Dublin for the rugby. The game was a washout :( (look at my username!!)

    This week we are eating


    Monday Chilli beef pasta bake, garlic bread and salad.

    Tuesday Salmon fillets, new pots, green beans and hollandaise sauce.

    Wednesday Corned beef hash, pots, carrots and peas.

    Thursday Chicken curry, Bombay pots and rice.

    Friday halibut in tomato sauce, pots and peas.

    Saturday OH pie and chips. me moussaka and chips.

    Sunday Chicken roast with the trimmings.

    Most meals are from the freezer this week, so just need to remember to take them out before work to defrost :)

    Monday - Fish cakes with new pots, veg and cheese sauce

    Tuesday - Fish & chips from shop (naughty!)

    Wednesday - Ratatouille crumble, new pots, baby corn & asparagus

    Thursday - Meat & Potato pie, new pots, carrots and broccoli

    Friday - Tuna pasta bake

    Saturday - have been invited out to dinner

    Sunday - Shepherds pie with whatever veg is leftover in the fridge
