  • I agree suspect threads the guys is a total swindler, I would not sceptically hand over nearly 2K deposit and hope for the best. I woudl go somewhere else.
    I got a judgement against this berk, and he screamed poverty, with I will pay you £80 a month, funny i never paid him in installments, had 2 paymenst guse what not another dollar despite there being a CCJ in case.
    I even sent in the bailiffs, he has not got the proverbial pot to pi** in.
    My next step is the police, as I consider this pure and simple fraud and deception. I think this guy needs to know you cant just steal from people and walk away/

    To anyone considering using this 'COWARD' and can think of stronger words but I have morals, unlike Daniel Miller. He is under investigation with Trading Standards and there is a team of Police Serious Crime currently pressing various charges from various people that he has ripped off. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY - or any company associated with him.
  • Daniel Miller also trades as Lollipop Leasing, Lollipop Finance and Lollipop Group. He has also been known to change the company spelling, i.e. Lollypop. Please be aware.

    This is the official response we have agreed to post on behalf of lollipopleasing.com :

    "Lollipop regrets that we have had problems in the past, however we are working with customers to rectify any issues they have had. If you have had a genuine problem with an order, please contact the Managing Director directly on 07872 600202 and Daniel will be happy to try and resolve any issues. If he is unavailable please leave a message and he will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively please email Daniel on [EMAIL="daniel@lollipopleasing.com"]daniel@lollipopleasing.com[/EMAIL] Based on the majority of the issues being manufacturer delays we now add an additional 2 weeks to any lead time quoted."
