Lollipop Leasing - problems?

HI just saw this, yes, they were 4 months late with our car, refused to give us the deposit and even tried to charge us for a loan car they offered for free due to their incompitence. I've just received a judgement from the small claims court to say we have won and should get our money back. The manager there, Daniel, will shout & scream and threaten you , but take them to court as they dont have a leg to stand on!
good luck0 -
Hi
lollipop leasing are complete cowboys! I gave them my deposit in Feb 2010 and it is now June 2010 and I still don't have my car or deposit!!! I do have however 3 bounced cheques.
Absolute con artists!!! And they were also very rude on the phone. They are all in their early twenties, a load of kids messing around in business!
Lollipop leasing???? More like chocolate fireguard leasing!!!!0 -

We were also conned by this cowboy at Lollipop Leasing. No car turned up and after 3 bounced cheques and numerous promises to credit the money back to us still no returned deposit 7 months on. He also appears to have some very well trained office staff who deny all knowledge of any financial problems. We are persuing this through the courts but this guy needs to be stopped and quickly.
Also be aware this guy trades under similar names Lollipop Finance etc and changes his 'title' within the company from anything from Sales Exec to Director depending on how many people are chasing him for money presumably.0 -
I had dealings which started in October last year he basically lied through his back teeth said he had ordered cars when he hadnt and kept this going util April this year when I cancelled.
He then told me he had paid my deposit to Audi and would have to wait to get it back ( another lie they had not even had the order)
Every time I called he was out, he ignored my phone calls, voicemails and emails.
this guy picked the right name for his company becuase you have got to be a sucker to use him.
Probably one of the least professional outfits I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
I was interested in the artical about the serious crime sqaud as I feel that it is quite right as this guy as efefctively stolen money off people under false pretences . AVIOD THIS :mad:COMPANY AT ALL COSTS0 -
I have recently come across this forum and seen the comments made about Lollipop Leasing. I ordered an Astra VXR in early April this year and it was delivered to me in late May. I did have one problem and that was that the car I was supposed to receive was damaged in the Vauxhall workshop. Mr Miller contacted me and told me the problem, I thought it was a bit suspect, but a dealer also called and confirmed this, however they had another car and managed to swap me into this. I received the car a week early which I was really chuffed about as I know so many vehicles are delayed etc by the manufacturers and I believe the people on this forum have just had particularly bad luck with Lollipop Leasing. I as a customer give them a thumbs up and 9 out of 10 for service. 2 Friends of mine were also interested in Leasing a car and I recommended them and they have since taken delivery and are very happy with there vehicles.0

Wow a single post that seems to argue with all of the evidence.
Excuse me for being dubious about it's authenticity.0 -
Hi I have had a very good experience with this company. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Daniel Miller. I outlined my current situation and asked if it was possible to get a certain car. Daniel was unable to supply this particular vehicle to me, however he came up with an alternative. Daniel arrange a deal that fitted within my budget and explained everything to me, no matter how many times I badgered him. The paperwork always arrived when he said it would and he was always on hand to explain things through with me. At the time of going through the deal Lollipop were also moving office. I had concerns as to if I would be able to speak to them, Daniel was available daily by email and always got back to me. I received the vehicle within a week of sorting out a deal and I am over the moon with it, it is exactly as described and exactly what I was looking for. I can honestly say I will not go anywhere else now and would throughly recommend them.0
