How do I download to itunes?

I have downloaded a podcast from discovery realtime but it has automatically downloaded straight to realplayer instead of itunes how do I export it to itunes so I can have it on my ipod?

    you should be able to drag an drop into itunes

    If you go into itunes and add a song as normal but select the podcast from wherever it is on your pc it should be added no problem.... (so i assume)
