Wooooooooooohooooooooooooooooooooooo
Trainee has the magic 5! In one week. I am so very proud of her. She had just completed a T2 today, done two T1's and covering her territory.
Its really strange, but it feels so good for her. She is just so switched on and rareing to go.
hip hip hoooray:T wealth is a state of mind :T0 -
OOOOOOhhhhhhh, he's home tonight for a few days, can I get him to email you?
Would it be ok to PM me your email address?
He's really sweet and sarcastic all at the same time and could probably do with a hand getting to know the area.
The ASM has been really kind and is currently sorting out some territory for him to cover.

I dont acutally know the area, i was just saying i live closer than MC does! I can see if my SL will help him, Avon is her only job.C7 - 221.05 :j C8 - 308.07 :j C9 - 250.84 :j C10 - £525.25 :j:j C11 - £467.91 :j C12 - 491.44 :j C13 - £442.09 :j C14 - £357.95 :j0 -
Well had the last of my orders in yesterday so really pleased. Plus got some great creative ordering freebies/cheap this time - a free hairspray, 2 cheap suncream, and 3 cherry footworks cheap (had a couple of people order a couple of the products, but of course they are in the pack in HT so will be keeping the extra bits for myself
), and a cheap deoderant for OH. Whoop!
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Just popped in to say hello :hello: , thanks for all the hints & tips, :T and ask a quick question . . .
After reading this thread for the last few weeks, I finally got round to contacting Avon about becoming a representative.
Unfortunately, as I seem to live in the back of beyond Avonwise and don't appear to have an obvious local sales leader, I had to apply via the main website and am now waiting for a reply.
Does anyone know how long it's likely to take for someone to contact me?0 -

My Area Sales Manager was really quick off the mark. Can I ask how far in the back and beyond you live? Im in North Wales, but there are Sales Leaders all over the country here or Im sure we could find you one.
Congratulations on making a really great decision. I absolutely love Avon.:T wealth is a state of mind :T0 -
Thanks lucyclare, that's what I expected, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't being unreasonably optimistic.
I suppose I should be patient and give it a few more days . . .0 -
I have just signed up to be a SL. My order is due in tomorrow and looking at the subtotal page it has the brochures listed as a net cost of £0.00. Is this because everything you need for the 1st 2 campaigns is provided free? Coz I was thinking that I might as well order 99 packs at that price and even if I don't use them for sign ups I could always use them for prospecting. However I don't want to get stung for that many if they get retrospectively charged at a later date.C5 £202

All of your appointment packs and brochures for your team are free for your first 2 SL Camps. Supplied to you by your upliner or ASM, whoever tagged you. So in your first camp you will need to order your brochures for 2 camps ahead. They will show up as £0 as you are billed retrospectively in 2 camps.
For every rep you sign who places an order over mov you will then be credited (from your 3rd camp onwards) with £5.49 to your account. this covers your books and sign up pack.
Also, you pay a flat rate of 48p per pack, with no higher fee initially.
I ordred 50 packs and was billed £24.
So dont go mad, but dont forget to get your appointment packs too. You are billed 2 camps ahead for them too.:T wealth is a state of mind :T0 -
So I need to dust off and polish my crystal ball and try to predict how many reps I am going to sign up in 2 camps time. If I over-estimate I am left paying for unused brochures and if I under-estimate I have to bang in an additional order for some extra. Is that right or have I missed a trick somewhere?C5 £202

Oh yes, and mine was a bit off the mark.
I think you have to target yourself for x appointments each week
I guessed 2 so ordered the equivalent brochures.
And yes, if you dont sign them up, you foot the bill.
So maybe go for 3 new ones per camp. thats 1 a week. and see how you go.:T wealth is a state of mind :T0
