Transferring phone numbers
A week ago, I contacted my new SP about transferring my phone number to them.
Gave them the pac and they said it should be done by tuesday. I rang back late tuesday and was told it will be done within 30 minutes.
It's now thursday and i'm still having to use my old phone!
What can I do?
