Bought car, BUT service history problem

Really pleased with the car. Really pleased with service to date.
The service book/history was not with the car. The salesman said it had a "full service history with JCT600" and "I wouldn't expect you to buy this car without a service history".
He promised to send it to us when it arrived.
To date nothing.
We phoned Carcraft and they said they would get the salesman to ring us, he didn't.
My wife rang the salesman direct, he said he'd chase it up and get back to us................it will be a week on Friday.
Where do I stand?
You have had the car for 3 or 4 weeks, have been jerked about by carcraft and state that you are really pleased with the service to date!
As its from carshaft I guess you paid for it on finance? If so may be worth a call to the finance co to tell them that you are not happy as the car is not as described and car craft are not providing the promised history - they may give them a call and kick them into action.....unless of course the history is lacking and they dont want you to see it.....0 -
Sorry but you were told it had a full service history with JCT. Not a full service history.
The two are different in my opinion.
I reckon you would find it isnt full manufacturers history or allowable for any warranty claim.0 -
I thought that JCT sold on their own cars so as they have passed this one on (probably via auction) is there something amiss0

There's loads of cars on JCT's website but I think there is a time limit on them before they go to auction. But some traders may buy them direct thus avoiding auction fees.
