Quick Update
I've just sold house, just a little less than I wanted to but they can complete in 4 weeks and I really need to get rid of the stress. I'm quite shocked that it only took me 9 days.0 -
well done.
as the buyer is promising such a quick turn-around I would ensure that in 2 weeks they have had any survey they want don. If they haven't in that time frame ask the EA to contact them and say the house is going back on the market.0 -

I've told the EA not to take completely off the market because I'm scared it will fall through plus someone else viewed it on Tuesday and they haven't come back yet0
