I ordered a Mothers day card last Wednesday from Moonpig and yesterday it still hadn't arrived. After looking at my account on the website it turned out it was posted out on the same day as I ordered it, so a quick call to them and got straight through to a real person rather than spending ages going through an automated system, told her I hadn't received the card so she said she would re-order it and get it sent out first class and I was very pleased that the replacement arrived this morning.
So thanks Moonpig I will certainly use them a lot more in future

I used Moonpig for my wife's Valentines card. I also found them refreshingly competent. I too will use them again.0

I've used them a number of times in the past, and it's always been a great service.
Right up until last 14th Feb when I got 4 identical cards through the door for the wife. I wasn't charged for the extras, but it did look a bit strange having 4 cards on the mantelpiece.0 -

I've used moon pig twice and twice they stuffed it up.
Once card arrived blank, was glad I'd ordered early and was able to get a replacement. Gave them the benifit of the doubt and used them again, Card again arrived blank and again had to contact them to get a replacement. So I won't be using them again.0 -
I had drawn the short straw and had to get my bosses birthday card this year, am crap at picking cards and found moonpig great because I could pick any old crappy card and as long as it had her name on it, it looked special
anyway, found a card that wasn't crappy put a lovely personal message on it and got it the next day
she loved it and I just got a lovely pair of earrings off her for my birthday so I must have done something right!

Hi
Just used moonpig for a card and flowers. Selection of cards available is very bland however I do understand that the business is doing very well...however not from me in the future.
I ordered flowers for delivery 31st August...they didn't arrive. My son order a card whilst in Aus for delivery same date......it hasn't arrived. My daughter ordered a card for delivery same date. It hasn't arrived.
So, my experience so far....is that moonpig are total c..p. It's now 13.35 p.m. 1st September and flowers still not here. I've complained and it seems it's all my fault despite the fact that the CSR at moonpig believes that there are only 30 days in August and that September 1st was actually yesterday the 31st August...if you understand my drift.
Their response, an offer of a £5.00 credit onto my account. Stuff your credit for the day was all about a special event and moonpig failed to turn upon the day. They may or may not provide a useful, if bland, card service however for flowers stick to someone like Interflora.
Thanks.0 -
I'm sure Moonpig provide good service but I think Moonpig et al. charge a lot for what is really just a piece of folded cardboard. Cards typically cost around £3 now. If you get on eBay you can pick them up for about 45p each or less.0

Hi
Well it appears that someone at Moonpig realised that the problem was actually with Moonpig and not, as they insisted, with me. I received the flowers on Sept 1st. The label on the box stated a despatch date of 31st August (the date they should have arrived) and not the 27th August as stated on my order. Received an apology and COMPLETE REFUND.
