V3x 3g any good? handset guides online? Best 3g phone

Can anyone give me any idea is the moto razr V3x handset any good?
Does anyone know of any good handset comparison web sites, Help I need to know before i chose new handset

dont get it on vodafone because they muck around with the firmware and make the menus look horrible

I am on Orange actually renewed contract yesterday with disconections dept after upgrades could not give me a good enough deal,have recieved brand new Motorola E1070 today, and just put it on charge,but think I should be going for V3x, this looks a bit bulky i realise 3g phones are that bit bigger,the V3X was were not in stock so going to try this for 7 days, previously had V3 then V3i but now going 3g.Will see,any advice appreciated,thanks

I've got the Motorola V3x with Three. I got it when it came out some time in December and I hate it! I prefer my old LG8120 to this. I got it for the same reasons as you - it's a 3G phone.

I would add that if you happen to get it on Three then quite a lot of the free software is not compatible with it and I would advise you to go for a Nokia or Sony or other 3G. Also the Motorola texting mode is different and I personally find it slower.

Sony K800i is the 3G phone I have (on O2) and it is quite simply brilliant. For the first time in my life I have nothing bad to say about my phone!
