You might find this page helpful - http://www.chooseisp.co.uk/compare/broadband-phone.asp

It just lists different broadband and phone packages and lets you filter them by availability if you enter your post code.

Thank you. There are only 13 choices due to the area I live in.
It looks like I will have to pay approx £23 per month, minimum for my requirements, but that is better than the £34+ I pay at the moment.

Thank you for linking me up with that page :)

Chippenham is a Market 3 exchange:

It's a complete misapprehension that you'll always get the best prices on a bundle. By far the best service on your exchange is going to be O2 LLU at £7.50pm with the 02 discount. Leave your line rental with BT, you can then switch calls and line rental to 02 later if you want to.
The only other cheap option is to go with the TalkTalk Essentials bundle, but the service does not compare to O2, and it's a 40GB cap.
That is also another option for me to consider.
    Thank you.

Not so, that site does not list all options, you can use any non LLU supplier you like, there are dozens. However all the non-LLU prices will be similar, by far the best deals will be one of the LLU options as mentioned. The only real exception is Plusnet Value.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
