ones you're their customer they don't care about you at all !!!

I totally understand your frustration. From the experience Ive had with them I think its best to email via your online account and get them to ring you back, they seem to be based in the UK. Ringing them off your own back seems hit and miss whether they are in Uk or not !:hello:0
