Annoying isn't it?

Even though my hubby been waiting for his cheque from LLoyds since the end of 2009, the FOS been helping chasing this up, he wrote to the banks CEO (Chief Exective Officer) as well, sent a copy to the FOS, so they have a copy as well, and yesterday LLoyds confirmed the cheque should be with hubby by 3-5 working days.

Maybe worthwhile finding out who your CEO is as well, and if you write to them send the FOS a copy, good luck.;)

I think I would be wasting my time talking to Barclays CEO.... all they do is buy themselves time it turns out that the gave the FOS the wrong email address so Barclays didn't received my agreement hence no cheque.

Be patient I know it is difficult I waited 5 months and they have now paid. Do not get down it will happen

I know what Di said and I totally support her opinion. In my opinion the CEO is not going to be bothered with as they see it little things. That is passed to their minions to deal with. He would have so many e mails it would make no diffference. Try to ring the person that has been dealing with your complaint. Be nice and they will deal with it quicker. Good luck to you.

Its the FOS that is dealing with my case but I don't feel that he is really fighting my corner so where does that leave me.

thats the really FUNNY thing NOT!!

it takes 3 months for them to be considered as taking the P which was about to be up but as they gave the wrong email address then the time scale starts again..... how clever!!!

Yes I know what you mean.

Since we contacted the CEO, its now been confirmed that my hubby's refund cheque will be with him by mid next week, but we shall soon see, they have had since end of Oct 09 since he signed and accepted.

Have you got your cheque?????

I have only just recieved from Barclays a statement showing they have credited of my debt so I owe nothing mid april, does that sound like I might be getting my cheque soon????
