I've just seen a laptop at a good price however it has Windows Vista Home Premium Installed.
Are Microsoft still doing the free upgrades to Windows 7?
I've used Vista and do not like it.

Upgrades are usually available for qualifying products through the manufacturer, rather than MS, e.g. http://www.acer.com/windows7upgrade/I've just seen a laptop at a good price however it has Windows Vista Home Premium Installed.
