Mmm scabby turtles sound nice. Stupid question, how do you scoop out the inside without tearing the skins? I've never been able to work that out.

Claire, flyladying is a structured way of doing housework, there's a thread on oldstyle about it they have a room a day and list everything that you've to do in three levels, I only seem to manage half the easiest level though!

Mmmm I'm loving the new graze stuff.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

It's not complicated at all, just a list of tasks to do each day.

Grr, I've just found out that from June you can only use tesco vouchers to pay for level one OU courses, which messes up my plans for next year.

Just use a spoon, you don't scoop right down to the skin, you leave about 5 mm potato in the skins

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    scabby turtles are stuffed potatoes!

    My mum's famous recipe!
Bake some potatoes, scoop out the inside and mix with cooked egg, bacon, onion, cheese, mushrooms or whatever you've got handy or left over.
pack the filling back into the potato skins then bake in oven for 15 mins. cheap, easy & GORGEOUS!!!!

I don't think the name does them justice...

They're good to prepare for if frinds are coming round for drinks. I make up a batch in the morning and then pop them in the oven when folks get the munchies... I always think I've made heaps and there's never any leftovers for me to have lunch the next day:D

they don't need to be huge but they need to have proper skins and floury works better than waxy;)
