We're all big scabby tutle fans too - although we don't call them that....I like them with a couple of spoons of chilli mixed in....yums.

Volunteer transport was fab - very nice "older" gentleman who was chatty and made us laugh the entire way there and back, insisted in wheeling DH to the consultants door too. Was a lot cheaper than a taxi and easier than waiting for patient transport who needed to pick us up at 8am for a 10.30 appointment. Shall be using them again for sure.

Appointment went well - lovely Dr, explained that he can't help at the moment as he needs the neurosurgical and neurological reports first but has changed meds around a bit and given DH a "on a really bad day, take this" option which is great. DH is now flaked out in bed.....will wake him up just before the girls get home from school.

I've cleaned the cooker and polished all the black gloss tiles in the kitchen so it looks all sparkly....what's the betting that something boils over tonight on the hob and mucks up all my good work!

Hello newbies  (has anyone frisked them for biscuits yet??)

I'd say that was about 21 inches - mine is 23-24 and I buy size 6 in most shops, but places like Tesco even thats too big (their size 6 is 25.5 inches )...

In the 60's a size 10 used to have a tiny waist but apparently shapes have changed so now most people are thicker on the waist but smaller on the hip...
