Changing Supplier. Saving Old Data

I'm changing my mobile supplier tomorrow from Virgin PAYG to Vodafone contract (sim only transfer).

How may I transfer the information on my Virgin Sim card to the new Vodafone Sim card? My phone is the Samsung G600.

I'm not to worried about the photos on the phone as I can transfer those to my computer.

theres normally an option to copy from sim card to phone, do that with the old sim card and then do the reverse when the new sim cards in , normally works for me

Eventually found the info on Vodafone website, it's for my particular phone Samsung G600 but I assume other phones will be somewhat similar.

Press "Menu"
Scroll to Phonebook, press "Select"
Scroll to Management, press "Select"
Scroll to Copy All, press "Select"
Scroll to To Phone, press "Select"
Press "Options"
Scroll to Copy, press the centre key

then I suppose do the reverse when moving back to sim card

Be Careful, My phone stores it to internal memory, it is better than then sim, when I sent everything to the sim for a new phone they got truncated and where I had home and work on a same name it moved them to seperate entries.

You'll probably have an easier time the other way round, but look in the box or on Samsungs web site, do theyhave anything you can back the data up with before you start?
