OSPS automated chequebacks ??

Hi,

Has anyone recived they're automatic cashback from OSPS.As
I was due to receive mine on 14 july but they said there was problem with carphonewarehouse's automated chequebacks ..was told that it will be sorted out by he end of july !!!!:

They are lying. I've been waiting 3 months for the automatic cashback from OSPS. Others have had the same problem. I've had enough and am going the small claims court route.

Mine took ages (4 months) also but werent complaining after they sent me a extra one of the samr amount (£35) by mistake lol!

still waiting for mine aswell first they said end of june then it went to mid july and now they are saying it was issued with my first cashback on the 17th of july funny i have recieved my cashback but not my automatic cheque back both issued on the same day

will give them a call later on today

hi recieved my automatic chequeback yesterday so all in all going good so far another 2 claims to make

I was also in the same boat, waiting for the first automatic cashback, 3 montsh pasted and nothing, called them and they gave usual excuses.. eventually got the cheque with my 1st cashback claim.

Having said that what annoys me is the fact that they as extremely strict about us (the customer) sending in our cashback claims yet for them to delay in sending automatic cashbacks they can take as long as they like. Complete Hypocracy and I certainly doubt I'll take another contract from them
