Virgin Media Quidco - question

VM have recently raised quidco to £150, which looks like a very attractive deal.
The Quidco main pages says - "£150 cashback on any cable product", but clicking on the Virgin Media link says "cable bundles" which means either 2 or 3 services from TV, Phone or broadband.
Has anyone who ordered just TV services (cable) received quidco from them?

If you are a new "cable" customer then any TV, Phone or Broadband packages be it singular or bundled entitles you to the £150 cashback otherwise its £60 if they are providing the service over the phone line. This is how I read it on the quidco website.
So you need to be sure you're in a cable area to take advantage of the full £150 cashback. Our cashback was paid without issue and helps pay towards the first 6 months subscription to Virgin
For me, I took their cheapest Triple package last year for £25pm and dropped BT Line (£12.50pm) and Sky broadband (£10pm) and had £30 credit and free installation. We already had Sky TV, so for an extra £2.50 a month we gained Virgin TV with catchup services as a backup. Our main reasons for moving to Virgin was BT line rental was getting expensive for just incoming calls, we used our mobiles for outgoing calls. And the Sky broadband (Mid package) over BT lines were limited to 1.5Mb at best as we lived quite far from the local exchange and Sky increased their broadband by £5pm and reduced their download limit from 40GB to 10GB a month, so was paying more for less!
Overall it worked out cheaper to get the bundle than it was to get them separately. But this is based on your usage and current contract terms with your other providers.

Hi, I ordered last week for my son and initial response was exactly the same. The £75 was taken within 48 hours by credit/debit card. The ref. number you mention was on the paperwork that came a few days later which needed signing and returning by post. The order tracked AND VERIFIED on Topcahback within 2 hours.0

I've just checked my previous emails and you will receive an initial email from orders@blahblah once the order has been placed and then a "Sign up Online" email within 2 days from the webteam@blahblah with your online reference number, installation date, customer account no. details.
Hope that helps.0 -
Hi, you must have just missed the £150 cashback on Topcashback, with my January top-up running at 10% it meant I actually got £165. Virgin originally gave a date about 3 weeks ahead but the installation was brought forward and took place one week after the order was placed. I was given no option but to pay the £75 over the phone by credit / debit card. The installation went ok the only hiccup was to find out that the new Samsung V+ box and some Sharp LCD's have compatability issues. ( no hd display) .0

Hi, I ordered a triple bundle but I do know of two people who ordered tv only and received their cashback. As far as the compatability issue, Virgin offered the alternative V+ box manufactured by Scientific Altlantic and are going to re-supply the Samsung box as soon as Sharp supply another motherboard or he replaces the tv. I can say that they have gone out of their way to help and have given an extra month free. A welcome change from the comcast/telewest days when I found them to have very poor customer service.0
