    I have to say that I agree with the people who wouldn't jump on the offer. It depends how desperate you are to sell, of course. However, you've not been on the market long and for a lot of the time you've been on the market it's been really bad weather and not conducive to encouraging people to think about viewing houses. I think there's a good chance that your house is desirable and at a good price and you don't need to grab the first person with a low offer.

    There are a lot of people here who are keen for house prices to drop and you'll see a lot of people pushing to get sellers to drop prices and accept lower prices. You need to bear that in mind when reading comments here - this is a money saving site and posters tend to lean towards that way of thinking.

    Yes but its a money saving site there are sellers on here too!!

    I still maintain that for £3K its worth accepting but its upto the seller of course.
