How do cancel my talktalk contract

I regisitered for talktalk 2 days before it went cheaper. I now want to cancel my contract. From reading the FAQ on their website it seems it may be possible. Do you know what cooling off period means? I'm Also quite lost at the moment, where do I go if I want to cancel? I can only find a contact us link, but doesn't tell me how to cancel. Thanks
Below is from the Broadband FAQ section.
Q. I registered for talk3/talk3 international with broadband before 19th July 2006. Can I get a refund on my connection fee.
A. If you have already been connected to a TalkTalk landline service, then the answer is no - you will still have to pay the one-off connection fee, as stated in your contract.
However, if you have only registered for TalkTalk within the last 10 days and are within your cooling off period, you may cancel your contract and then take out a new contract - thus avoiding the one-off connection fee. Please note that cancelling your contract will mean you will be sent to the very back of the queue for broadband connection; so your broadband connection date may be delayed for several months.

By "2 days before it went cheaper" is this because your exchange has now become LLU enabled? i.e. £9.99 less to pay. Surely this is what will happen to all customers as more and more exchanges are enabled. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
