Can u haggle mid year???

Options
I have been with O2 for 5 years & my bills seem to be going up & up & up. I am on a £45.00 contract called online 45 at the moment & pay £7.50 for unlimited internet. I used to get frr internet but they persuaded me to swap to unlimited text's instead cos i was using over my text usage. I get 1200 minutes now & 1000 texts....

My point is sorry, is there any way you can haggle mid year?

If you are exceeding your current minutes and text allowance you should be able to move to a tariff that offers more and possibly save overall.

If you're trying to bring down the monthly cost, you may be able to reduce your tariff, but mind it doesn't end up costing you more in out of allowance charges.

Otherwise, I'm not sure what you're looking to negociate mid contract. You wouldn't normally be able to terminate without paying the remainder.
