I decided to go for the 'turn up and see if they let me go' option. And it was fine!
The passport overall looked really beaten up. As for the damage, it was a little less than one in on the picture page, but still very noticeable.
Only one of the passport checkers had a proper look at it, but that was on the return flight at Stansted so it was all good!0 -

Every where I have looked involving damaged passports involves water damage.
Can someone help?
Im due to take my family for a weeks long holiday to Oslo in 3 days and last night my dog chewed my passport .... I know, I know "Sorry Miss my dog ate my home work" .But, honestly, that is the truth!
( If you knew my dog you'd understand.)
Anyway The front cover has teeth marks that have not punctured right through and have improved over night with a book on it, However , its page one that has been torn in three places . A small section is missing from the bottom . I've Pritt sticked it together , and done a remarkably good job, but very worried about what's going to happen on the day.
Flying Ryan Air which may make matters worse as they seem to find any reason not to let you on the plane.
Too late to get a new one (tried that with passport office) .
Anyone out there have any tips?
Thanks0
