Item 180009472563 is interesting.
Why shill bid below the reserve price? Is it just to stimulate interest?

he wanted to see what the other bidder's max bid was.
he bid 1100, if other's max was above that then he does not need to do anything.
as the max bid was below 1100, the idiot had to retract his bid of 1100, claim he typed it in wrong, and re-bid.
he knows that if he bids 1000 he will not be winning bidder.

he did it on a few other items as well.

obviously ebay are not bothered that a few people have reported him.

update on idiot :

180009472563 - won his own car again - greedy fool.

however, he is learning to wait a few hours before leaving fake feedback.

on one of his previous items I asked him how feedback was left for buyer only 20 mins after auction end, and he said the guy lived round the corner.

then he used that story on the next bit of feedback he left for dickson2412

sod it reported him anyway - when will the learn!
