Oh dear, did I dare to disagree with you? So you feel that you now have the right to question my honesty?

Well you're right - I'm a blantant liar - it's 233 miles according to google. I live in Easdale (not giving you the exact postcode for obvious reasons) and the depot is somewhere in Glasgow. So do I live in the deepest, darkest depths of sweaty land - wherever that is?

Back to lurking for me - I don't need this crap.

Dell's reputation on delivery times is now becoming worse. You've probably been lucky in the past. I've used Dell for years and I'm pleased with their kit. But I'd never order direct from them nowadays.

If you want to complain it's best to write. Their call centres are in India and some of their staff aren't properly trained in customer services.

So I'm an ambulance chaser because I expect good customer service?
No becuase you desire good customer service that you paid for.
Yes because you seem to think you are entitled to monetary recompence.

Perhaps we should all just sit back and let delivery companies fail to deliver continue to do so?

I was expecting a delivery today. The track and trace on the web site says that they tried to deliver. Erm, liars! I rang up to find out what happened and was asked if property was accessible. Yes, it's a house with plenty of parking. There was no card through the door so the door bell wasn't missed.

I reckon that they've not delivered because there weren't enough deliveries here to make it worth their journey.

I don't really care what their excuse is...they lied. Delivery is arranged for friday - at my inconvenience...
