Well I bit the bullet, as the site said that members get an average of 78 matches, so thought it was worth a try, there could be a flat or bungalow just waiting for her.......as soon as I paid, it advised that there are no matches:(, ah well, you win some you loose some, worth a try though!:beer:0

Hi, Have you thought about putting an advert into your local paper. If you have a local paper with property guide even better.
Pay for an advert asking if anyone wants to relocate to your mothers area under a council exchange.
If someone is looking to relocate due to job etc she may get lucky this way.
By putting it into your local paper it will get to a wider audience capturing people who may not be internet savvy.
Edited to say make sure you do a good write up of the positives associated with where your mum lives and what is available locally just as if you were selling it.0 -
Our local housing offices used to have folders you could look at for people wanting to swap; perhaps yours does?0
