    Happy Birthday methekids

Back from work and need to make the tea but I need to do a HHC in the kitchen first as I emptied my cleaning cupboard out onto my kitchen floor this morning just before I went to work and haven't had chance to put the stuff back yet.

    HHC 5 - 5.30 anyone?

I don't know where my posts went.

Toots Thanks, Enjoy yourelf this afternoon watching your niece. What a lovely thing to be able to do.

LW We talk about spoons here too. I don't have many this week. So I am making the most of the amount I have and am getting lots of help.

mac I have steroid tablets for my asthma. Just a 5 day course. It is only the second time I have had them. Last time once they started working I was like a woman posessed. Had loads of energy. It hasn't done anything this time. In fact possibly feel worse. I have the inhalers too.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Stuff the house - have just spent the afternoon pottering around in the garden - first day it has been warm enough.
OK I did stay in the back which is more sheltered rather than the front which is bigger and needs the most work but it was lovely just to be able to get out.

Right, 2 is fab, it is the new 1! Really, its an achievement. Nerves, probably. Its much scarier being observed by someone you know.Be calm and chill, great that people in your school are being so supportive of you. Its probably some donkey in SMT who thinks if they assess you hard, you will be even better when ofsted come in. This happened to me once, a deputy head who couldn't teach was hyper critical of me. He got deposed when every other dept but mine failed ofsted. Now he's teaching (badly) in a sixth form college, couldn't hack it. I bet you're ace.

LW - I may regret asking this but what is the “Spoon” thingy
The Spoon Theory is a way of explaining what it's like living with a chronic health condition to people who have a difficult time understanding; it was written by a lady with lupus, which is what I have, but can be applied to many different conditions.
