am shattered, soooo tired, got all the cooking done and now I dont even want to eat any of it ... I hate cooking ...... have done :-
Shepherds pie (but not the mash yet) - using up quorn mince pack 1
Spag bol - using up quorn mince pack 2
Sausage caserole - using up pack quorn sausages and bag of froz green beans
Quorn paprika - using up froz mixed veg and 2 packs quorn pieces
Quorn chasseur - using up 2 packs quorn fillets (this looks and smells vile though :()
Cooked the meatballs ready to refreeze.
Cooked 5 pizzas for tea, we ate 3 1/2 and the remains are tomorrows packed lunches.

Tomorow's dinner is burgers and fishfingers.
Tomorrow the remaining quorn fillets will be made into thai green curry but I ran out of time/energy/saucepans tonight. Also have some quorn cocktail sausages left, will make another mini sausage caserole I think.
Have pastry and rhubarb so will make a tart tomorrow I think. This and the vile caserole will be used for a dinner party on Saturday night, just need to do something to make it taste better !!! My lunch tomorrow is thawed out stir fry :rotfl:

Then all ll I have left is some broccoli and cauliflower and spinach. Might write this lot off, think I have done quite well with everything else. Although, soup maybe ?

We cleaned the condensor thingy, made no difference. A new one of the same size looks to be costing about £500 minimum. I am gutted, this will have to come out of the holiday fund :(:(:(

Might actually attempt some of my weekend list tomorrow. Off to bed now night night

I sometimes cook broccoli and brie soup - really tasty and very easy. Wack broccoli in a pan with some stock - cook - then blitz with a hand held blender thingy. Chop up the brie and add to hot soup.... yummy

I have to dump some meat tomorrow that has gone off as I was unable to cook it and forgot to freeze it - I am so unorganised and not nearly as efficient as you.

DS2 is dead and buried under the lawn!!!

the little !!!!!! had stolen £75!!!!!!!!!!! from my bloody purse... SO.. tomorrow ALL his computer games are being 'sold' and after school he is being hauled to the police station.. in fact if I am still this angry in the morning.. he will be taken at 9am after dropping off the others and I'll ring school and deal with that.. I am absolutely livid...

Bizarrely.. had OH had £1.50 for his bus fare for tomorrow I might not have recovered it.. as it was he had no change and I asked him to bring my purse up from my bag and I noticed the £5 was not where I had saved it .. I have purpose for it!.. so I checked the rest and I had 3x£20 notes and a £10 note missing.. I even questioned if I had spent it.. first place I checked.. DS2's coat pocket revealed £35 and a quick search of his clothing cupboard revealed the other £40...

I swear I am going to kill him.. I've not had a penny for weeks and the second I get money out of bank he takes it.. Well it may not quite be the first time but it sure as hell will be the last.. theiving little barstool... I'll have his entrails for a new washing line!!!

I hate theiving and liars and he is proving to be both...

    Sometimes I hate my job!!!

Well yesterday was all go in here. I did all the livingroom including the display cabinet and mirrors/pictures all that's left to do in there is wash the windows which I hope to do at some point today. I emptied the bathroom and OH painted it when he got in from work. It needs another coat tonight then I can get the new flooring down but it's looking good:T

I listed a caravan last night for a friend on ebay and it was on 5 minutes when we got a call about it:T We have someone coming from Norwich to see it at 7am this morning! They must really be wanting it to jump straight in the car and drive all the way up here!

Right off to catch Fred again !

ETA no wonder your livid Pigpen I would be too. You do such a great job with all your kids, I really feel for you. I once took DS1 to the police station and he got the fright of his life! My brother in law is a police officer his 2 boys vandalised some property so he took them down the station he worked at and flung them in a cell for a wee while! Your doing the right thing honey they all need to learn there are consiquences (sp) for the choices we make in life.
