Another pad of £2.00 from me please Clearing!
I'm being really wasteful this morning...have stuck the washing machine on for my work shirt that DD put golden syrup on yesterday and my jammies (they're white with little scottie dogs on them - super cute!) but they had to get washed this morning due to an unexpected 'leakage' through the night (I'm sure the ladies will understand
) so I'm not being very MSE :rotfl:

Morning All!
Hope you are all doing well. Hugs to everyone who needs them!
Payday on Thursday, thank God!! Also flying out to the UK for the weekend on Friday evening! YAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!
Trying to get all the details sorted for the degree I want to do, so I can get it approved (and financed) by work. I think there is only one place that fits in both schedule wise and location wise, but am waiting to hear back from a couple of other places first to be sure.
I also have to study 2 lanaguages as part of the course. Dutch will be one of them and the other has to be either German, Portuguese, Spanish or French. I'm not sure which one to choose. I was hoping that Chinese, Mandarin or Japanese would be an option as Asia is becoming more and more prominent in international business. Oh well, can only choose those from the course I suppose. What do you guys think is best? I'm leaning towards Spanish as it is more widely spoken than the other languages. Mmmmmm.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

Oh what?! Now what am I supposed to do??? I know, friends and family
Hope you have a nice trip...... clever cloggs with the 15 different language skills....
Thank you. And not quite 15! lol. Currently one fluent (English), one intermediate (Dutch) and a new one on the horizon! Phew! And if you had asked me 2 years ago if I ever planned to speak another language I would've said no. I wouldn't even have believed I could learn one! Funny the direction that life takes you in and how you can surprise yourself!
(PS. Really looking forward to being fluent in Dutch as I could then do some freelance type translation and earn some extra bucks to clear the debt quicker!)
Oh, and Good Morning Niddy! lolFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0 -
