And Happy Birthday[/COLOR] to you to Gilli - I believe it is also LondonAndy's birthday today too if I remember rightly! Small world!
Unfortunately everyone I know is working, which is the only downside to the summer holidays so I am not doing much today. Might go to the 'Newlife' shop in Cannock with my mum later, has anyone ever been? I've not been before but it's meant to be good, a bit like a huge charity shop but not second hand and very cheap so I've heard!
I was very pleased with myself yesterday, I had a bowl of special k for breakfast, 4 ryvita with low fat cottage cheese and a few cherry tomatoes for lunch and then vegetable ratatouille with 2 pitta breads for tea. I did have one scoop of ice cream too but I didn't go overboard like I normally do!
A small pad of 60p for me today please Angelic
