    Morning folks

No pad yet Angelic as i am waiting until DH transfers money over to my account so will be back later - enjoy your day out.

    Food diary for yesterday:

B Weetabix and 1 round of toast with philly light

S Fresh cream bun in work for colleague's birthday:o

L Scrambled eggs, wholmeal toast and ham

S Alpen fruit & nut bar (with chocolate)

D Gammon steaks, mash & broccoli

Weighed in this morning at 10st 7lb so STS. Not too surprised really considering all the snacks i've had. Not quite in the zone yet. Will try harder as would love to lose 1 - 2 lb next week. Good luck everyone else.
