    Hi angelic

I have just been having a bit of a catch up on this thread and so I have only seen the news about DT's grand-daughter. How awful - I can't believe it. Don't know what else to say really. Big hugs to DT and family xxx

I would love to contribute a couple of quid for some flowers. I have a PayPal account but I hardly use it. Hope it is fairly straight forward to do this. I will PM you.

Yep! Them thar wagon wheels were bigger in them thar days! and the walnut whips had half a walnut in the bottom bit and .......jammy dodgers had way more jam!
I saved my threepenny bits and sixpences in an old smartie tube but I still think the old memory is playing tricks on the taste buds!!!
Have to say that Haribo sweets just don't give the same buzz as fruit salads and black jacks!
My DD thinks I'm mad when I start to sing "R whites lemona-a-ade" and "Everyone's a fruit and nut case"
Time to step out of the time warp and come back to reality ! or is it?
No, don't! I'll feel so alone otherwise. You and I can both walk up that long sepia coloured hill in Gloucester pushing our bikes that has a loaf of Hovis in it's basket :rotfl:

I forgot my PAD after all that!! I've paid in 53p so far - well, of 2010 money at least. I'll stick in a £1 today.

Hi all, have fallen off the wagon a bit with the excitement of moving as house is sold, but going through legalities to exchange and complete yet (please don't get jinxed, please don't get jinxed).

Have PaDed £100 for past 10 days. I so need to do this every day but the whole barclays security thingy does my head in so I get put off.

Sorry to hear about DT's granddaughter, mega hugs, prayers and love.

I nearly bust a gut earlier when I heard one of the security guards at work saying "I can never tell if it's in or out..."

He claims he was talking about tennis :D

Yeah that's what they ALL say ;) :rotfl:

I can't wear fitflops either. I have seen these "exercise" trainers advertised on the London Underground, but they don't look as nice as the fitflops.

There are the MBT ones too, but I only saw trainers in that brand and I don't like trainers.

    Afternoon Padders!!

The total for July 7th was a 'getting worse by the day' £893.63

Please don't make me shout at you to pad more!!! :D

I'm still looking for donations to DT's flower fund...if you can spare anything at all then please let me know. This may sound harsh but I'm sure you'll all know what I mean when I say that it may be better to get the flowers organised sooner rather than later as I don't want things to 'settle down for the family only for our flowers to arrive and to stir up more emotion. :kisses3:

As soon as OH is paid tomorrow and I get my hands on the money :rotfl:I'll send you some, my acc is in the red at the mo (and I have have no OD!!):(

Mmmmmm very interested in the A*on v F*tFl*ps debate - I have a pair of the latter (silver if anyone's interested!) and wear them continuously at this time of the year so consequently as this is their 3rd season they're starting to look a bit bedraggled. Will be sooooo looking at the A*on catalogue at work now this afternoon ;) As to whether they work or not - who knows but they are incredibly comfy and very easy to walk in.

I've heard about them being really comfy but do they tone your butt???? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
