Morning All!
Angelic - your idea sounds lovely. Again, let me know the details and I'll send what I can afford (not much I'm afraid).
PAD of 30 GBP to the Virgin CC.
Am a bit gutted as found out yesterday that I was supposed to fill out a different form for my Dutch tax return as I was not a resident for all of 2009. This form can't be done online, has to be requested and takes 6-8 weeks to arrive! Sooooo my tax rebate is going to be very delayed!OH is now helping with the dentist bill. He offered to at first, but I wanted to be able to do it off my own back for once. Oh well.
This also means no further PAD's from me this month, unless I win the lottery (come on now.....a tenner will do! lol).
Also saw the company doc this morning. If you have a certain number of short absences during the year it raises a red flag as it can signify a bigger problem, ie stress, problems with work, teammates etc. That's not my problem, it's missing home, family and friends. Anyway, I explained all this and that I was actually ill also on those times, but this isn't helping things much. Turns out our company has it's own counsellor so he's going to recommend that I see her to teach me some tools on how to cope with it and make my life here happier.
Not that any of it matters in comparison to what DT's going through. Sending big hugs for her and her family.
Have a good day all.

Back again
Just reading the main forum- im not the brightest but it appears NIDDY has left MSE
I dont think I ever spoke to him personally but I loved his banter here on PAD and it seems he is/was a valued member of MSE.
This week sucks

Make sure that the ground rules are clear - particularly regarding what the counsellor is allowed to divulge to the company. My own preference would be for them to make a financial allowance in order to see an outside counsellor.0 -

Thanks Paul. I will do, don't worry.
If they divulge anything I'm uncomfortable with then I will go through my GP and use my health insurance. Thankfully, they are not allowed to increase your health premiums based on previous or existing conditions or refuse you cover here. They made it law in 2006.. So, should be fine to go down that route too.
Also just seen that NIDDY has left.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

I've been thinking about it all day and it's just so awful. Maybe if we send shaun the money, he can send the flowers when the time is 'right'? I say right, there will never be a right time but I'm sure you know what I mean xx
Yeah I think it's best to leave him to sort it but I thought it might be better to send him it all in one go rather than have lots of little 'pads' go into his account.
I struggled to sleep last night thinking about it, the folks on MSE are like a big family and when something bad happeneds to one, it seems like it happends to us all.Started PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10
