My DH loves these, but they are expensive

    The eggs in the pastry, there is no cream. There is milk, but its not a milky pie/quiche type thing.

    Apricots.

    But it could be anything.

    Usually they are meat & a little fruit.

    Turkey & cranberries

    Ham & apricot, that sort of thing.

    In a pie casing.

    In that case tghe HB pie looks like just the job :D If that's too fidly, why not make a quiche :p :rotfl:

    OOOh those waitrose pies are really nice, and deffo pies not quiches.
    They look and taste like very good home made pies, but a slice is very expensive, luckily they are often reduced.
