I cant believe the customer service that Ford give,:mad: :mad: I bought a brand New Ka (via one of the online brokers) and the sale side was very good and smooth (apart from an insultingly low part ex), we were due to have the Ka delivered on a trailer on MOnday, at 1030am we were called by the dealer saying the delivery…

Went to the main dealers initially and they choked when they saw the price, said there was no way they could get anywhere near the price and if they were me they would buy it via the broker site, I have been told that the ford dealer selling these fords sell them at a price that is less than they buy them for and make up the difference on the bonuses as they sell so many this way. The local dealer could not compete in this way
