Don't try to unlock using unlock codes 2u

I have just been scammed by paying £4.69 to "unlockcodes2u" as it makes out they will unlock your phone via email today. They advertise it will cost £3.99 but add tax at the Paypal checkout stage.
I waited eagerly for the code in my email box but all that came back from them was a mirror copy of your recommendations you have listed on where and how to unlock your mobiles.
I will not copy and paste as they have a disclaimer (the cheek of it) at the bottom of the email but the information is just as you say, phone your provider to unlock and they might charge you etc...
I have set up a dispute with Paypal so hopefully I will get my money back? It is only a small price but if thousands of people get conned by their tactics then they are making a mint.
