Why do the News of The World and The Sun do their freebies on the day of publication only? Have been out already to day, come in and sat down and read the paper and find out its today only. So annoying.
Does anyone have details how to get one direct from power company please.

Good Point. some of us are disabled and cant get out.

i got my local fire service to come to my home and do a free safety check. They replaced my existing smoke alarm and fitted a further two, they also gave me a 4 socket extension lead and two power down plugs (the same as the News of the world offer) alond with a Co2 detector. My mum had the same safety check and she also got a deep fat fryer as she had been using a chip pan.

It's so worth doing from a safety point of you and what's best is it's free.

picked up 2 papers this morning and persuaded boss that she NEEDED fags milk bread blah and miracle i was let loose for half hour niped to sainburys and got 2 am made up with them very happy and for all those that did too, those that didnt dont worry these and lots more energy saving devices are about to be given away by all the major companys so there will be lots more opportunitys for you to get your hands on one soon x

even better if you've got littlies, they came in the fire engine to do my neighbours and they let the kids climb all over it, whilst all us mums were standing there looking at the lovely young men in uniform!!:D
