Mumoffivekids - how old are your children living with you? I take it you have 5 children? If so, this protected income is too low.

Im on CSA 1 i think and im paying a Unbelieveable £132 a week for one child, is this right??

OMG that is an unbelieveable figure

So if you're paying £132 and the other parent is also paying £132 that makes £264 per child per week

My 3 children don't cost me that much!!!

I think you've got every right to complain, and do so a bit sharpish.

  • cstocken1, if you're not the father then you shouldn't be paying child support. You need to seek legal advice, try the CAB x

Oh the unfairness returns, of course he has a right to complain, just as the PWCs have a right to complain if they feel the award is not great enough :D

if it is right nothing can change so there is no point at all in complaining - that is what I am saying! he can complain as much as he likes but nothing will change.

yes I know exactly what you are saying, if he was a she though, then she could complain etc until she gets the outcome she desires.
Perhaps the OP wants to increase his provision for his retirement .
