    Hmm, yes , what confuses me though is that if the OP moved house then his circumstances would change so I find it odd that his assement would not change or that he could not request a re-assesment.
    As someone posted earlier , when the child turns 11 they do not suddenly cost less to raise, yet if the NRP won £millions on the lotto or got some other windfall the child suddenly costs more and the get a re-assement alerts would be flashed ;)

    In either scenario, any reassessment would have to be triggered by either the PWC or the NRP.

    In the first case there is nothing to stop the NRP from requesting a change in circumstances once they have moved house.
