Hi i've got around £100 to spend maybe a bit more, and don't mind new or used0

You wont get a decent 3g high speed internet phone for that price I am afraid.
The only one that comes to mind (and which costs more than £100) is the Nokia 6700 which is 3g but costs £140 upwards I think. And not touch screen.
Saying that I would look at 3 web site for 3g phones - beware they sell locked versions.0 -
So i would need a 3g phone to get any sort of decent internet?0

Yep and that they have high speed internet mentioned in their spec (just to be sure). The 3g network provides for higher speeds.
Quick glance at the Three web site and spotted the Nokia 6120, which is in your price range but then its not much of a phone to look at and probably not the type you need to do any decent form of mobile browsing.0 -
Ok, Thanks OneADay, will have a look now0

Check out the spec of any phone first you may find to your liking on the Three web site. I quite like Sony phones and would ideally go for W995 (but it costs £200 on pay and go), the C510 costs sub £100. For exact specifications, check the gsmarena.com web site.0 -
Go to Tottenham Court Road with £100 in cash and pop into some shops and you'll pick up something decent (3G, very possible.. but used), sim free.0
