    I usually go for a letter of complaint (like when we got a kit kat without a wafer in) if it's not a major problem BUT that - too serious IMHO to take back to the store.
    I was under the impression blue plasters were a legal requirement in kitchens actually.
    Look online for your local authority and there should be a link there.

    Oooh I love Kiitkats without the wafer in! Chuck them my way next time :p

    Personally I think you do deserve compensation OP, it's a gross thing to find in your food and as previous posters have said they are supposed to wear bright blue plasters.
